Computer Usage Agreement

As a student at Lawson State Community College, I agree to adhere to the following guidelines when utilizing the computer services in the library.

You must check ALL to comply with this agreement.

Violation of the above policies and procedures will result in one or more of the following disciplinary actions:

• Loss of computer use privileges for the remainder of the semester.
